Single Leg Deadlift on Wobble Board
The deadlift is one of the best workout for your lower back, glutes and core. Instead of lifting heavier, try doing the dead lift with single leg to challenge your hips and core stability, unilaterally. To make it even more challenging, try it on a wobble board.
Always remember to train on both legs evenly before progressing.
