New Warehouse - Getting The Keys/Day 1

Kekolo Treats has been trading just over a year at this point and this is our 3rd move in that time. We started off out of Christian's mum's kitchen during the first COVID lockdown, then we moved over to the Kekolo Coffee shop only about 2 weeks in (a usable space of ~300 sq ft), then we moved about 3 months later into our first warehouse (1000 sq ft), and now our new unit 11 months later (with a usable space of almost 6000 sq ft!)

In this video we show some of the legal processes involved in acquiring a warehouse lease and a few insights into some things (like full repairing lease, statutory declarations, the tenants act etc.) to be aware of if you are thinking of getting a warehouse. Then we give you a tour of the new space and continue by showing you our first day getting the keys and moving in.
