STM8 Tutorial From Scratch #2 - Makefile and Delay Function -

In the second part of STM8 tutorial from scratch, we will clean up the code from the first part, we create a GNU Makefile to ease the process of compilation and flashing of the program output and we find out how we can implement an exact delay function!
