DO NOT BUY THE MIRACULOUS LADYBUG ART FIGURE FROM ZAG STORE (came broken/ no exchanges???)

Hello guys! I spent 600 dollars total to get this art figure and get it shipped to me JUST FOR IT TO BE BROKEN! It's been so many months and I have yet to hear anything back from ZAG about getting an exchange. I would not recommend purchasing anything expensive from the zag store because it appears they do not pride themselves on customer service. Anyways if you want to hear me rant about something this is the video for you! I hate receiving EXPENSIVE faulty products and customer service does not do anything to HELP ME. My animatronic from the 1980s came working better than this figure LMAO and that's SAYING SOMETHING.
