The U.S. debt is looking a lot like WWII

The debt-to-GDP ratio for the U.S. is projected to get even higher.

It will continue to swell over the next decade, according to an economic outlook published by the Congressional Budget Office. It’s expected to be at 118% by 2035, surpassing the current record during World War II, when it hit 106%
