YOUR NEXT LOWER BODY WORKOUT (STRENGTH/ENDURANCE)

HI GUYS!

This is one of the leg routines I've been doing since my knee operation. It's really helped me strengthen my leg muscles while preventing injury so I'm confident it will help you too if you remain consistent. (Granted: you must perform good form with any exercise to lower your risk at injuring yourself). Have fun and put in your all!

Workout Breakdown:

WARM UP:
5-10 minutes BFR

Band Work:
-Lateral Shuffles
-Forward and Back Squat Walk
- Static Squat Abductions into Squat Jumps
3 rounds

1st superset
Leg Extension (10-10-10) SS Kettlebell Goblet Squats 15-20 reps
2nd superset
RDL Romanian Deadlift Using DB 15 reps + 5-10 pulses SS Single Leg Hamstring Curl 15 reps
3rd superset
Stability Ball Hamstring Curl 15 reps SS 15-20 Kettlebell Swings
