Golden Bay Sustainable Living Course Spring 2020 - Our Story

The story of the Golden Bay Sustainable Living Course told in video and pictures of our ten week journey together from September to November 2020.
We were 19 students, 7 tutors, 5 guests tutors, 26 field trip hosts, and the land and community of Golden Bay, New Zealand.
We teach and learn how to live together collaboratively, how to build using natural, locally sourced materials, how to grow food organically and regeneratively, how to harvest, prepare and preserve food, how to create a permaculture design for your own land or a client, how run a sustainable business, manage a project and embrace regenerative economic tools, and how to sustain ourselves personally in these times of huge disruption.
