Everly House was built with one idea in mind: to Restore Your Soul. Lounge on this huge deck and enjoy the quiet canopy of trees or take the 10-minute hike to one of TN's largest waterfalls right on site. You won't find a nicer, more luxurious tiny home on the mountain that sleeps up to 6 for this price OR on a full acre of land providing tons of privacy! Read, rest, hike, explore, play, create, pour, be yourself, or find yourself: Everly House restores the soul.
The space
GENERAL INFO:
Everly House is a 400sqft "tiny home" but don't let that fool you as this "small space" sleeps six and there is plenty of room to roam. Everly is great for individuals, couples, young families, pastor retreats, song-writer retreats, honeymooners, weekend-ers, and those looking to do day-hikes and have a beautiful place to come back to. Everly House is nestled in the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls community and is roughly 300 ft away from the next closest residence.

TRAILS:
There is a well-marked perimeter trail that is 1.25 miles. The trail-head is between lots 12&11 and is lined with rocks and fresh mulch. Simply follow the green ribbons and enjoy the creek! The trailhead to the Falls is just beyond the party pavilion. It is a 10-20 minute walk (depending on pace) down to the Deer Lick Falls waterfall. The waterfall is BEAUTIFUL and is one of the main reasons we love the property. Sometimes it can be muddy getting down there so wear appropriate shoes. Our 5 year old does well on the trail to the falls but our 3 year-old sometimes needs to be carried as it is steep in some places. Not stroller friendly. :) Both kids do GREAT on the perimeter trail!

KITCHEN:
Everly is equipped with a full kitchen including a gas stove/range. Because of the small space keep in mind that cooking at a high heat can easily set off the smoke alarm so it's best to cook at low temps, or make sure you have some windows open for ample airflow.
