How to change a big truck tire, semi tire, Rollback or anything your not afraid to hurt. 19.5 and up

This is a bit of a tutorial of how to change a big truck tire. I'm using my Tow truck tire as an example because I needed to any ways. The size we are tackling is a 205/70/19.5 and it was an 11 year old tire. None the less, I made it happen and saved about $120 for service fees. New stems, new tread and found a titie on one tire. Still not sure what caused it but willing to learn if anyone has information on it.
