PART 5: My Lockdown Project - Rebuilding A Classic Aprilia RS125 Two-Stroke 1999

Welcome back to our Aprilia RS 125 Two Stroke restoration rebuild project for part 5 in the series. The Aprilia RS 125 is starting to take shape and in this video i'll be replacing the starter motor. I will show you how to tap the swinging arm to fit paddock stand bobbins. We will be rebuilding the Aprilia RS 125's pillion pegs, fitting new black wheels with Michellin Tyres. Finally I will be fitting a new chain roller to the Aprilia RS 125

The Aprilia RS 125 rebuild is almost complete with just a few final details to finish. Stay tuned for more two-stroek videos coming up in the next few weeks.
