Wheel Replacement on a Radio Flyer Wagon

This video will show you how to get and install four pneumatic tires with ball bearing hubs for under $20!!! Even if you can't get the sale price you'll save well over 50%! I did this job for $18.96 and got a MUCH smoother riding wagon. Just be sure you have one of the larger Radio Flyer Wagons and not one of the 'tot' wagons.
The tubing (or pipe) can fit loosely over the spindle of the wagon but should fit snug on the hub. Since these are ball bearing hubs they'll spin freely- and much smoother- than the solid hubs. If they fit loosely over the spindle, do like I did and find a way to 'shim' your adapter to be tight on the spindle of the wagon. Don't over tighten the hubcaps. When you hammer those on you may wish to place a little spacer so they're not rubbing on the wheel. You can see I got one a little too tight but that wheel still spins more freely than a solid hub wheel does.
Also, make SURE your tubing or pipe that you use to adapt the wheel is two inches long AND fights tightly into the wheel's hub, remembering that these are ball bearing hubs.
You can post questions here and I'll try to answer them quickly.
UPDATE- Eric P. posted below that he used plastic pipe he bought at Home Depot. If you can, I'd make that sleeve fit tight in the hub to be sure only the ball bearing hub of the wheel turns, in other words, that it doesn't turn on the plastic and it should hold up just fine. This is the part to look for (I would imagine Lowes, True Valve, Do It Best or you local hardware or plumbing supply should have this also.) http://www.homedepot.com/p/Charlotte-Pipe-1-2-in-x-10-ft-CPVC-SDR11-Flow-Guard-Gold-Pipe-CTS-12005-0600/100170202
