How to make - Paper Butterfly Plate

These are the materials:
1x glue (use PVA glue or have adult supervision when using a hot glue gun! You will burn if you touch the metal bits or the glue while hot.)
1x scissors (be careful of cutting yourself accidentally with the blade! Use adult supervision.)
1x pencil
3x markers (red, green, yellow)
1x paper plate
1x ice cream stick
4x small pom poms
1x big pom pom
2x googly eyes
1x chenille stick
