Bangladesh Spider-Man, Superman, Alexander - Dance Scene - Unknown Movie (1980's?)

I've seen this this musical number shared so many times in the past but in low quality and only abruptly cutting to the Superman and Spider-Man scenes, there was even an upload that straight up put the desi Spider-Man song over it. Managed to track down the full clip but I don't have any idea idea where this originated from. Any leads would help!
