Hot running lava 🔥

The new lava streams finds the obstacle - the old lava. It was incredibly hot next to thie stream. We made the 4rth trip to the volcano yesterday April 13, 2021 and it had been a big surpise. What we happened to see exceeded all our expectations. This vocano continues to surprise us. Now, instead of 3 we have goy 8 openings (girl who measured the gases told me so). I counted 7 active craters though. Two the most active openings are in Geldingadalur valley next to the old volcano. Two the most northern ones decreased in activity though still emitting lava flows. There had been hundreds of people. The weather had been really nice, +9 C. There had been some rain for 30 minutes and that was interesting - I filmed how rain hist the lava. I was not feeling quite comfotable as the earth had been shaking (you could feel the tremours) and there had been constant small gas exlospions next to the edges of the lava. Anyway he trip had been amazing. We returned to the car at 01:45 am being utterly exhasuted from the hike. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to return to car but we walked slow and made 2 stopevers...so if one walks fast I guess its possible to make it in slightly over 1 hour. It took me some hours to recover from the journey as it was mainly climbing hike. Starting to upload now. I had to add logo mark to the videos as the material is unique and Amory News keeps stealing my videos without even asking (he also adds over a watermark stating that it is his property along with some nonsensical commmentaries about the eruption events).
