In the summer of 1977, Pharoah Sanders performed the music from his recently released seminal album Pharoah during his live shows, including his masterpiece “Harvest Time.”

This performance, recorded while he was on a brief but intense tour in Europe, has been released for the first time alongside Pharoah in an embossed 2 LP box set (as well as on CD).

With Pharoah Sanders’ blessing, this new box set presents the definitive, remastered version of Pharoah—the first since its original release—along with two previously unreleased live performances of “Harvest Time." The accompanying 24-page booklet includes rarely seen photographs, interviews with many of the participants, and a conversation with Pharoah himself.
