हिमाचल प्रदेश के साच पास में भारी बर्फबारी के चलते सड़क जाम हो गई, जिससे घंटों तक वाहन फंसे रहे। टूरिस्टों को खुद अपने हाथों से बर्फ हटाकर रास्ता साफ करने की कोशिश करनी पड़ी। बर्फबारी के कारण न सिर्फ ट्रैफिक प्रभावित हुआ, बल्कि पर्यटकों को भी भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा।
