Volga Gaz 21 - third series (Baleen), built between 1962 - 1970 in the Soviet Union.

Gaz stands for Gorki Automobiljni Zavod (the name of the company that produced the car).

The car has a deer ornament on the front hood and a front logo that is saying "GAZ", can be easily mistake as "TAS" or "TAR".
