My review and thoughts on the Penimaster Pro (PMP). Please read the manual and be careful with the device. Traction by hand will always be my go to, but I really like this device.

How to get a good seal:
Make sure the inner bubble sticks out before putting in your glans and sucking it in. This is so that there is no air between glans and the balloon, which is critical. Also, be mildly filled out so that your glans is filled up. Lastly, use the split adapter if needed or use the smaller or larger balloon / sluice. It has sealed very well for me after following the first two steps.
