Insta360 One X - Tool or Toy?

I must be the last person on the little planet to review the Insta360 One X.
The big question for me was, could I justify buying this camera for professional use, or was it just a toy? Either way… I love a new gadget.

Thanks mainly to Darren Ball telling us below... I've realised there is now new camera firmware V1.18.24 that's dated 2nd April. This does address my main complaint and provides 25P and 24P at the highest resolution. Fantastic news, and certainly moves it closer to tool than toy !!!
