On November 03, AT&T escalated the streaming wars against Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ in a major way by announcing that Dune and the rest of their upcoming slate, once intended for theaters, will be going straight to HBO Max.

Contrary to what many may believe though, AT&T didn’t have to do this. They could have waited. Why they chose not TO, was something the Midnighters and Special guests Jeff from World Class Bullshtters and Script Doctor went through the livestream this excerpt was taken from.
