Fit Yoga Cardio and Core 01

This 25 minute routine is focused on cardio workout, lots of sun salutations and variations.
Also core strengthening moves that will activate your internal fire and make you strong!
We finish with shoulder stand but feel free to do any inversion you want (handstands, headstands, etc.), twists and savasana.
P.S: Whilst editing this video I realised I forgot a half moon pose to one side, to be honest I didn't felt it during the practise. So I was wondering if I should publish this video or not, but I enjoyed it so much that I want you ti try it out even if its not perfect. Life is about having fun, isn't it?
