After Birding Fail - LOST IN JUNGLE! Did we make a bad decision!? - OkiPixelFinders

We went to Yanbaru National Forest hoping to get a photograph of the endangered bird Yanbaru kuina(Okinawa Rail). we both heard the bird but as soon as the sunshine hit our face we never saw kuina. We decided to walk inside the forest to find a river and got lost! We could turn around but we decided to go on, not knowing if there was an exit! The icing on the cake... No cell service!
