Tegan and Sara - Sara Hates The Wood Guitar Dick & Where Does The Good Go (Rough Trade NYC 6/7/16)

Surprise show at Rough Trade in Brooklyn. They were in NYC for Good Morning America and figured they'd play a spontaneous show while they were here. I ended up call out out "SICK" for work to go to this show. Though by the time I made the decision to go, the tickets were sold out.

I bought the tickets 2nd hand and headed to the venue to line up early (3 PM). When I got there, the ticket seller told me the tickets got VOIDED by Ticketmaster because it was a limit 2 per household, but somehow she checked out with 4. So pretty much I was there but at the same time not allowed in.

I spotted Tegan and Sara hopping into a cab after they finished sound check and ran towards them. I spotted Jeremy Childs and explained my predicament to him. He was super helpful and ended up putting me and my friend on the guest list. Talk about crisis averted!
