Hi guys! This is one of my most favorite things to make as a side dish when i'm making steak or ribs. Its super easy to do, just a bit time consuming but I promise the end result is so worth it. It's so good I eat it by itself sometimes without a main dish! Habanero muenster cheese is my absolute FAVORITE and without a doubt is what makes this recipe so special. However, if you know for a fact you can't handle spiciness at this level, you can substitute it for regular sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese (I find that this cheese makes it a little too salty, so I use only a pinch of salt if I do use this one), or whatever cheese you prefer!
