Within our automation division - we have two main partners that we work with. Trinity is our partner on the pallet delivery end of things. It was really a natural fit to start a partnership with them because we are already in the fixturing—so we are already providing that aspect of it to the customer. Now we are understanding even a broader aspect of it increasing their efficiency and throughput even more because we can provide the entire automation system and integrate that in with the fixturing.

One of the first calls we ever had with a new customer, really showed how powerful the synergy could be between our fixturing expertise and our new automation division. We had an opportunity where the ROI didn't quite make sense for a Trinity system, even with 40 pallets, but what we did was our fixturing engineers were able to get together and come up with a solution where we could get 4 parts per pallet. So now suddenly you have 160 parts in the machine and were able to run lights out, throughout second and third shift which was their target in the end.
