Catching HYBRIDS in the river {Catch Clean Cook} Poor Mans Lobster

With the Texas weather being like it always is you just have to tough it out and go fishing. My buddy Jake and I headed down to the river to chase after white bass, hybrids, catfish, and crappie. The radar showed non stop rain till dark so we came prepared to get wet. We had an absolute blast and caught over 50 fish within a couple of hours. We took our catch home and I made some "poor mans Lobster" by boiling the fish in a mixture of water sugar and salt finished off in some garlic butter. Watch the rest to see how it turned out.
