Nuclear Option - Cooking the Nuke like a Grenade

Nukes were rebalanced by having them require some flight time before exploding. If they hit the ground hard before that, they will break and not explode.

This rendered the 250kT nuke unable to do low altitude drops (right?)
Not really, there are two methods around it, and this is one. Just cook the nuke like a hand grenade, then release.
