Turkish Defense Industry Tested 4 Critical Weapons:
The Presidency of Defence Industries of Turkey (SSB), Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı in Turkish, conducted successful tests of the four weapons systems. Those are:

1. Çakır Mini Cruise Missile: ROKETSAN’s lightweight cruise missile CAKIR has been test fired from Bayraktar AKINCI UCAV for the first time. CAKIR can accurately engage moving/static sea targets in addition to land targets at ranges of 150+ km, CAKIR might strengthen the importance of AKINCI and other suitable UCAVs especially in ASuW missions.

2. CENK Ballistic Missile: Roketsan unveils CENK MRBM, Turkey's first medium-range ballistic missile that can hit targets up to 1,000km away. In the published video, the CENK is larger than the TAYFUN short-range ballistic missile. Flight tests of the ballistic missile will begin in 2023.

3. Tayfun Short-range Ballistic Missile: Turkey carried out the Tayfun short-range ballistic missile test and officially published video footage of it. Tayfun SRBM has a maximum effective range of about 560+ kilometers.

4. Turkiye Test-Fires SIPER Air Defense Missile: The Turkish Defense Industry Agency (SSB) announced that the air defense missile "SIPER'' was successfully test-fired at a firing range to validate the capabilities of the SAM system.
