I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs in this space, and here’s what actually gets you shortlisted.

📍 Clear role titles

Multiple hats are fine but keep titles simple and accurate. I’ll qualify the rest.

📍 Clean formatting

No one reads a 10-page CV. Keep a sharp 2–3-page version handy.

📍 Be specific

Tell me what you delivered and the tech you used, F&O, CE, Power Apps,
integrations.

Vague = ignored. Specific = shortlisted.

📍 Contract tenures matter

A short stint or two is fine. But constant 3–6 month jumps? Red flag.

Top contractors I place usually stay 1.5–2 years and get extended.

📍 Be transparent
