TripLovers in Malaysia - Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary

These monkeys are very active and they are doing a lot of funny sounds :) You can watch them a long period of time without being bored.

Went here from Sandakan by Uber for 37.2 MYR (7.55 €), because it's really remote area without a public transport. Our way back was much worse, it's so remote, you have barely a mobile phone signal, so no Uber, no Grab. Only one lonely taxi within a kilometres. Guess what? For 90 MYR (18.27 €) to Sandakan! We recommend you to go there with some other backpackers to share the transport cost, just like we've taken 2 German friends.
Entry fee is not cheap at all, 60 MYR (12.18 €) per person plus 10 MYR (2.03 €) photography. BUT, all this was worthy, because these monkeys are so awesome! :3
