• Located in the Hay Riad district of Rabat.
• Serves as the headquarters of Maroc Telecom, the country’s leading telecom operator.
• Designed by Jean-Paul Viguier et Associés with Moroccan architect Omar Kobbite.
• Officially inaugurated in 2013.

• Height: ~91 meters to the roof, and up to 139 meters including the spire.
• Floors: about 20 stories above ground.
• Total surface area: ~27,430 m².
• Parking: 4 underground levels with around 410 spaces.

Design and Structure
• The building is composed of two offset prisms connected by a central vertical core (housing elevators, stairs, and services).
• Includes a 28-meter cantilever at the upper levels.
• Facade: double-skin system with a full-glass exterior and adjustable metallic sun-shading screens between the two layers.
• Prioritizes thermal and acoustic comfort as well as energy efficiency.

• Offices: ~19,700 m² of workspace.
• Corporate restaurant with 140 seats + cafeteria for ~500 people.
• Telecommunications Museum (~820 m²) showcasing the history of telecom in Morocco.

• Outdoor circular auditorium with ~600 seats, designed for multiple types of events.
