War Thunder SIM - Flying With Friends | Premium P47 'Hitlerbolt'

A couple of fantastic games in the infamous "Hitlerbolt", a premium aircraft in the German tech tree. From the day I bought it, it has been one of my favourite aircraft to fly out. It handles well, has good guns, oh...and it prints silver lions like its going out of fashion.

Flying out the Hitlerbolt with some friends makes it all the more fun. A P47 is best utilised when flying out in a squad, as you have others watching your back. If an enemy is lucky enough to get on your tail when you are NOT at altitude, it is almost always game over for you.

Three simple things to remember, and you will do well in it.

1. Keep altitude, it equals energy.
2. Take attacks of opportunity from above, DO NOT TURN IN IT.
3. Take things head on if you dare, eight 50 caliber brownings make short work of most opponents. And unlike cannons you can reliably aim them at further ranges.
