cozy sunday in seattle — a lot of reflecting, achalasia update, & making food at home

a very cozy day (mostly) in— cleaning the house, making food, & reflecting on a lot of things!

achalasia update: havent talked about it in a while but it's really been on and off! since the surgery 3 years ago, i've been a lot better i would say about 90%. my acid reflux has been manageable and i think a lot of that has been a result of conscious & intentional eating! every week/month is obviously different but its been good where im not always thinking about it. it took almost a month from the surgery to be able to start eating normally and i havent looked back since :) sending so much love to anyone going thru this or anything like it, i know its so hard and you have to take so many tests just to reach any type of conclusion♡ youll get there im rooting for u!!
