Stove Clicking Non-stop - JAW-DROPPING Factory Defect Samsung Refused To Deal With

I couldn't believe it at first, but my new Samsung stove was clicking about 10 times PER MINUTE at high temperatures. (model # NE59J7630 ) More incredibly, Samsung simultaneously admitted they KNEW this about the issue and were still selling it! and even crazier, the only reply their warranty service would give me for options was this line: this is not anything that's broken, it's a factory defect, hence we won't deal with it. Switching to a Frigidaire Gallery Stove next, with no help after 2 calls to the Samsung Warranty 'Service'.
