You can achieve terrific results, but those results are limited or short-term unless they come as the byproduct of developing and respecting people. In this episode Daniel distills the issue down to one question: do you care for people? If you possess care for people, you'll be anchored regardless of what business climate or situation you face. If you don't care for people, you will quickly lose your way.

ABOUT THE LEAN DONUT SHOP
The Lean Donut Shop is a real-life company (aka The Donut Theory, https://thedonuttheory.com) that was birthed in 2020 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting in a home kitchen, the business took off! It has grown into a temporary shared commercial kitchen and a 1947 Ford Half Ton mobile donut truck, and will soon set up shop in its very own storefront.
