A little info on Starfield…

Starfield, developed by Bethesda Game Studios, is a massive space-faring RPG set in the year 2330, a time when humanity has expanded beyond our solar system into the "Settled Systems". You take on the role of a customizable space explorer who joins Constellation, the last group of space adventurers dedicated to uncovering the mysteries of the galaxy. The central plot revolves around the discovery of strange alien artifacts that grant the player mysterious visions and powers, leading to a journey across over 1,000 planets. While the main quest focuses on the origin of these artifacts, the game is heavily built on player agency, allowing you to join various factions, ranging from the militaristic United Colonies to the corporate-driven Ryujin Industries and build your own custom starships and outposts.

Upon its initial 2023 release, Starfield received generally positive reviews, with critics praising its ambitious scope, soundtrack, and the depth of its ship-building mechanics. However, it was also met with some divisiveness regarding its reliance on procedural generation and frequent loading screens during exploration. After years of being a cornerstone of Microsoft’s exclusivity strategy, Starfield finally made its highly anticipated debut on PlayStation 5 on April 7, 2026. This PS5 version arrived as a "complete" experience, launching alongside the major Free Lanes update, which introduced seamless planetary cruising, and the Terran Armada expansion.
