A 92-year-old woman named Mary Summers faces a difficult situation when she can't afford to replace all four of her car's worn-out tires. As she grapples with the decision to only replace the flat tire, Texas DPS Trooper Drew Stoner, who is also at the mechanic shop, overhears her conversation with the mechanic and does the imaginable.
