DIY Garden Room Build with No Experience! Part 7 - Decking

With the garden room nearly complete, it was time to turn my attention to the surrounding area of garden, which needed serious improvement.

This area is around 50m2. I decided to lay some timber decking myself, to offer a good social space around the garden room in keeping with its style.

Despite a few delays on materials, unanticipated problems during the groundwork phase, poor weather, and changing designs, with the help of the stalwart Dad, and support on various aspects from John, Jonny, Dan and Al, it is finally finished, and is a much improved space.
