Made in their own factory at Brüchermühle using a specially-developed steel alloy, the pressed and cold-hardened shoes are dip-coated with zinc-phosphating (KTLZN) to enhance surface protection. The shoe is profiled to match the BPW brake drum, so there is no difference between BPW's OE and the aftermarket.
