Life Is A Grind Revised Nbr 192

Many many moons ago I did a video, Life Is A Grind Nbr 8 (now deleted) on sharpening end mills by hand on a bench grinder. By luck the first end mill seemed to work out OK, however, over the years subsequent efforts just didn’t work out very well and the inadequacies became apparent. The problem I had milling simple slots for “the Wrench” video forced me to seek a more reliable solution, so I turned to YouTube and eventually stumbled upon this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@homemetalworkingworkshop3365 and website: http://www.homews.co.uk/index.html authored by Harold Hall. Many thanks to Mr. Hall. The design I very loosely copied is here: http://homews.co.uk/page121.html. I think I now have a system that is versatile and accurate enough to meet my needs. My setup is designed to be used with collets and a collet block.
