Hunter Biden was called to testify as part of the GOP impeachment inquiry into President Biden and offered to do so publicly but refused to behind closed doors. He is now facing the threat of being held in contempt of Congress and surprised members by showing up to the hearing. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
