A dry start for most but outbreaks of rain will push into Northern Ireland, before fading away by midday, and Scotland where showers will merge to produce longer spells of persistent rain, particularly across northern and western Scotland through the day. Southern and southeastern parts of England will also see some showers but elsewhere there will be plenty of dry sunny weather to enjoy. Temperatures feeling cooler than previous days but remaining in the high twenties in the southeast of England. - This is the Met Office UK weather forecast for the morning of 29/05/2026.
