What's it like owning a local donut enterprise? According to Joe Ross, Teddy Ray and Heidi Hays, it's just as fun as you'd imagine!

In fact, these UK alumni decided to include "fun" in the business plan when they created North Lime Coffee and Donuts in Lexington, Ky.

While their undergraduate degrees range from healthcare management to communication to engineering, they say their UK experience prepared them for taking risks and building a business.
