#80 Thuringer Bratwurst plus Breakfast Sausage & More

Thuringer Bratwurst (per 500 grams)
10 grams Salt
2 grams Pepper
1 gram Fennel
1 gram Caraway
2 grams Marjoram
1/4 gram Nutmeg
1 gram Ground Mustard Seed

Breakfast Sausage (per 500 grams)
10 grams Salt
2 grams Pepper
1/2 gram hot pepper ground
1 gram hot pepper flakes
3-5 grams Sage (to taste)
1 gram Accent
