Dash Days: HBS Students Prepare for FIELD Global Immersions
In preparation for their global immersion—part of the first-year MBA Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD) curriculum—students participate over two days in a challenging, team-based exercise called the Product Development Dash or “Dash Days.” By practicing Design Thinking, a structured approach to meeting unmet customer needs, students develop a product or service for the US market similar to what their global immersion company will require.
