Making crepes with Nicky and Pierre! 🇫🇷 (a hot mess)

This time around Pierre teaches Nicky how to make a French staple, CREPES! Believe it or not, Pierre actually learned how to make crepes here in the USA at one of his first jobs. Watch as they wing it with this recipe and answer interesting questions along the way. Pierre also lets Nicky try and make his first crepe ALL by himself. Pierre teaches us how to make a few sweet crepes, one with banana and Nutella and one with PBJ and banana. A savory one with ham, egg and cheese and one avec beaucoup de sucre... M&Ms, Marshmallows, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and whip cream! Ou La La!
Nicky and Pierre Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:
Batter:
- All purpose flour (2 cups)
- Granulated Sugar (1 Tablespoon)
- Kosher Salt (1 Teaspoon)
- Eggs (7)
- Unsalted butter (4 Tablespoons melted)
- Whole or 2% milk (3 cups)
- Rum (4 Tablespoons)
- Vanilla extract (1 Teaspoon)
- Canola Oil (for Crepe maker surface)

Fillings:
- Banana
- Nutella
- Penut Butter
- Raspberry Jam
- Eggs
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Ham
- M&Ms
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Chips

Equipment:
- Crepe Maker (Waring Commercial WSC160X Heavy Duty 16" Stainless Steal)
- Crepe Beachwood 7" Spreader and 14" Spatula (Indigo True Company)
- 9" X 3.5" Tray for spreader
