*Hopper Video* 500 Sub Special: Heil Rear Loader Eats Bulk

Here is the newest RL at Tennis, an Ex-City of Alexandria, VA Autocar WX-64 with a Heil (Powertrak?). This truck is now in Tennis colors(it wasn’t when I filmed it), wait until the end to see pictures of it now. Collecting at the 2018 OPH Fall clean up.
