SEAL BEACH NAVAL WEAPONS POLICE AND GUARDS ENCOUNTER

In this audit i have the police roll up to advise me that the naval base will probably have issues with me filming. The naval base guards then give me contact. I then go across the street and have contact with another guard who just yells from the guard shack and leaves me alone.
