A Day In The Life Of A General Contractor (KEEPING ALL THE PIECES MOVING)

Today's Episode covers a day in the life of a millennial contractor. General contractors are responsible for organizing and hiring all of the subcontractors to build a home.

The opening of today's episode covers a conflict between Alex "The Millennial Builder" and one of his current customers. Her project is weeks behind and still has a lot of work that needs to be finished. This meeting covers the timeline for what she can expect in for the remainder of the project.

Following the meeting with his customer we follow him onto his second job site where he talks with the other contractors about what lies ahead in the next days. We see the plumbers, carpenters, siders, electricians, and HVAC contractors completing their tasks.

The third scene moves to a problem with closing the sale of a completed building. There was an error in the the paper work that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Alex does his best to control the situation and find a resolution to the problem.

The closing of this episode talks about the basement remodel that is currently underway at Alex's personal home. It gives a small recap of the day's events and looks at the week ahead.
