Soil CRC Project: 'Smart' soil sensors - Dr Marcus Hardie

We're developing sensor technologies that farmers actually want to use. Farmers tell us they've got more sensors sitting in the shed unused, than sitting in the paddock being used. Farmers want to be making informed decisions and need 'smart' sensors to help them do this. It's putting automony back in the hands of the farmers.
